Item Hounter Terms of Service
In effect from: November 11, 2026
In short: Item Hounter shows other people's listings and estimates whether the price is good. We do not sell these items, do not mediate the transaction, and do not verify sellers. The first search is free — a conversation with Item Hounter, current offers and a check of the best of them — and the account is free. You buy points in packs described in §3; you can cancel the service at any time.

/app. - User
- A natural person holding an account in the Service.
- Watch
- A query defined by the User, on the basis of which the Service searches for listings.
- Alert
- An email message with a summary of new listings matching a Watch.
- Point
- The Service's internal billing unit. A conversation with Item Hounter (searching for a model to watch) is billed by use (section 3), sending an Alert costs 25 points, and an Alert that also covers foreign marketplaces (car listings) costs 38 points. Points do not expire.
- Pack
- A specified number of Points purchased once for the price given in §3.
2. What the service is
The Service regularly reviews publicly available listings on external platforms (including OLX, Vinted, Otodom and Otomoto) and prices of new products (including Ceneo), compares the listings it finds with the typical price of a given item, and sends the User an Alert with the ones it considers worth attention.
The Service is provided electronically. To use it you need: a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript support, and an active email address. Creating an account is free; using the Service beyond the free limit described in §3 requires purchasing a Pack.
What the Service does not do: it does not sell items, does not mediate transactions, does not contact sellers on your behalf, and does not verify their identity or reliability. The Service also does not process payment data directly — this is handled exclusively by the external, licensed payment operator described in §3.
3. Payments and points
The Service operates on a freemium model. The first search is free, also without an account: it covers up to 10 messages to Item Hounter, one use of the "Show offers now" feature and one Deep check of the offer marked as the best; it is available once per device, and the Service may limit the number of free searches from one network within a day. The unused part carries over to an account created on the same device. An account does not receive free starting Points. Every account, free or paid, may have up to 10 active Watches at a time. A conversation with Item Hounter is billed by use: each message costs 20 times the actual cost of handling it (AI model calls and price lookups), converted to Points at the price of a Point in the largest Pack and at the NBP average exchange rate; usually a fraction of a Point per message. Fractions of a Point add up on the account and a full Point is taken once it fills. Sending a message requires at least 1 Point; below that the Service does not answer further messages until the account is topped up. Sending an Alert costs 25 Points, however many marketplaces it searches, sending an Alert that also covers foreign marketplaces (car listings) costs 38 Points, and sending a promotion Alert (a message that the chosen model is on promotion at a named shop) costs 60 Points.
The "Show offers now" feature shows current listings for the chosen products (at most three at once) in the conversation and costs 40 Points, or 50 Points with foreign marketplaces. Points are charged only when the Service shows at least one listing; if no foreign marketplace answered, the domestic price applies. Further messages to Item Hounter in a conversation about the offers shown are billed like any other message. The listings shown reflect the moment of the search; the Service does not guarantee that an offer is still available or that the seller is reliable.
"Deep check" — a check of one offer shown (the seller, fraud signals, reviews of the model) — costs 8 Points. A picture of the proposed look on the User's photo costs 38 Points, and a set of real shop offers drawn into that photo — 60 Points. Points for these features are charged only for a finished result; a failed attempt costs nothing.
A larger number of Points is purchased in Packs:
| Pack | Gross price |
|---|---|
| 150 points | 19 zł |
| 400 points | 39 zł |
| 1000 points | 79 zł |
Payments in the Service are processed via the Przelewy24 service. In that case, the entity providing online payment services for fast bank transfers, BLIK and payment cards is PayPro S.A., with its registered office in Poznań at ul. Pastelowa 8 (60-198 Poznań), entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto i Wilda, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000347935, NIP (tax ID) 7792369887, with fully paid-up share capital of PLN 5,476,300.00, entered in the register of national payment institutions kept by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) under number UKNF IP24/2014.
Buying a Pack does not change the Watch limit — it is 10 for every account. Purchased Points do not expire.
If Przelewy24 is momentarily unable to accept a payment, the Service automatically passes it to Mollie B.V., headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands — an external, licensed payment service provider, supervised by the Dutch central bank (De Nederlandsche Bank). Available methods: BLIK, online transfer, payment card. Every payment is one-off — the Service does not charge recurring fees and does not store card data for future charges.
After each purchase, a purchase confirmation is sent to the email address associated with the account. We issue a VAT invoice on request — write to team@lowca-okazji.com.
Deleting the account (§10) also deletes unused Points, without refund — except for the situation described in §8 (withdrawal from the Pack purchase agreement within 14 days).
4. Account
An account is created by providing an email address and password. The agreement to provide the service is concluded at the moment the account is created and is concluded for an indefinite period.
An account may be created by a person who has turned 16. One person may hold one account. The password must be protected and not shared with third parties.
5. Rules of use
It is forbidden to:
- use the Service in a way that violates the law or the rights of third parties;
- automatically collect data from the Service (scraping), multiply requests in order to burden the infrastructure, or bypass limits;
- create accounts in bulk or using someone else's data, including in order to repeatedly use the free Point limit available to one User;
- include in Watch content the personal data of third parties, unlawful content, or instructions intended to disrupt the Service Provider's systems.
In the event of a violation, the Service Provider may suspend or delete the account, informing the User at the email address associated with the account.
6. Liability
The Service presents content originating from third-party listings, which the Service Provider does not create, control, or verify. The price, condition of the item, description, photos, and seller data come from the person who posted the listing.
The evaluation of an offer (score, discount percentage, marked pros and cons) is an automatically generated estimate based on the content of the listing and the prices of other listings. It does not constitute advice, a purchase recommendation, or a guarantee as to the properties of the item.
Fraud warning. Listings deviating drastically from the market price are flagged and moved to a separate "check carefully" section, but we are not able to detect every fraud attempt. Never pay in advance to someone you don't know, and view the item in person whenever possible.
The Service Provider is not liable for: the content and currency of third-party listings, the course and outcome of a transaction concluded by the User with the seller, or the unavailability of external services from which data is retrieved. The Service Provider's liability is limited to damages caused intentionally and, with respect to property damage related to a Pack purchase, to the amount paid for that Pack — which does not exclude or limit the consumer's rights arising from mandatorily applicable provisions.
7. Availability and changes
The Service Provider makes efforts to keep the Service running without interruption, but does not guarantee continuity of operation. Technical breaks are possible, as are breaks resulting from changes on the side of the services from which listings are retrieved.
The Service Provider may change the Terms of Service for important reasons (change of law, change in the scope of the service, security considerations), informing about this 14 days before the changes take effect. Not accepting the changes entitles the User to terminate the agreement with immediate effect. A change to the Terms of Service does not affect Points already purchased and unused.
8. Withdrawal from the agreement
A User who is a consumer may withdraw from the account-holding agreement within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason, by sending a statement to team@lowca-okazji.com. Holding an account is itself free, so such withdrawal does not involve any settlement — it concerns only the closing of the account.
Purchasing a Pack is a separate agreement for the supply of digital content, with its own 14-day withdrawal period counted from the date of purchase. Because Points from a Pack are made available immediately after the payment is credited, on the purchase screen the User gives explicit consent to the immediate provision of digital content before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal with respect to Points already used (Article 38(13) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights). Without this consent, the Pack will not be activated.
Points from a Pack that have not yet been used at the time of withdrawal are subject to a refund proportional to the price of the Pack. The refund is made within 14 days, in the manner in which the payment was made, unless the User expressly agrees to a different method.
The withdrawal statement may be made in any form. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory:
Model withdrawal form
(complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the agreement)
Addressee: Damian Jabłoński tribe, ul. Modlińska 61/106, 03-199 Warszawa, Poland, e-mail: team@lowca-okazji.com
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following
digital content / digital service: ……………
Date of conclusion of the contract (Pack purchase / account creation): ……………
E-mail address of the account in the Service: ……………
Name of the consumer: ……………
Date: ……………
Regardless of the above rights, the account can be deleted at any time (§10) — deleting the account by itself is not a withdrawal from the agreement and does not entitle the User to a refund of Points outside the period described above.
9. Complaints
Complaints — including those regarding payments or accrued Points — are submitted to team@lowca-okazji.com, stating the account's email address and a description of the problem. You will receive a response within 14 days, at the address from which the complaint was sent.
The consumer may use out-of-court means of handling complaints, including the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Termination of the agreement
The User may delete the account at any time in the app or by reporting it by email — the agreement terminates with immediate effect, and we delete data in accordance with the privacy policy. Unused Points are forfeited without refund, except within the withdrawal period described in §8.
The Service Provider may terminate the agreement with a 14-day notice period, and in the case of a gross violation of §5 — with immediate effect. In such a case, unused Points purchased in Packs are subject to a refund proportional to their number.
11. Final provisions
In matters not regulated herein, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, the Act on Consumer Rights, and — with respect to payments handled by the external operator — the Act on Payment Services. The choice of Polish law does not deprive the consumer of the protection arising from the mandatorily applicable provisions of the country of their habitual residence.
