The first search is free. A conversation with the advisor, current offers and a Deep check of the best of them — with no account and no points, once per device. The account is free too. Łowca checks the market daily no matter how many points you hold — points come off only when it talks to you, or when it actually finds something and sends the e-mail.
What a point is
Points are one shared balance for two things: talking to the advisor that helps you pick a specific model, and alerts — the e-mails about deals it found. Purchased points do not expire.

What one alert means
An alert is one e-mail containing the listings that cleared the deal threshold, sent at the rhythm you chose — instantly, once a day, or twice a day. If nothing new turned up in that cycle there is no e-mail and no charge.
An alert has one price: 25 points, however many marketplaces it searches. You do not pick marketplaces — the observation searches every one that fits what you are after, and a fetch is shared by everyone looking for the same thing. That is why the price does not grow with the number of marketplaces.
There are two exceptions. A car alert that also covers listings from Germany and neighbouring EU countries (AutoScout24, Kleinanzeigen) costs 38 points, because it reaches further — and converts prices from euros to złoty. A promotion alert — an e-mail saying the model you chose is on promotion at a named shop right now — costs 60 points; it comes once per promotion, not every day.

"Show offers now"
At the end of the conversation you choose: Hunt for me — an alert that emails you when a deal turns up — or Show offers now: current listings for the chosen products right in the chat, with no waiting. The second one costs 40 points (50 with listings from abroad) and you pay only if we find something. Then you can ask the advisor which offer is best — talking about the offers costs like any other conversation: what its AI uses.

The first search is the whole of Łowca, once: a conversation with the advisor (up to 10 messages), one "Show offers now" and a Deep check of the offer marked ★ — the result is on screen before anything is paid. A new account gets no starting points.
Sharing points are credited only once your link genuinely appears in public; we check that through the link the app gives you.
Point packs
Buy whenever you want. Nothing renews automatically, there is no fixed-term contract and nothing to cancel.

Packs are bought inside the app, after signing up. Points land on the account as soon as the payment is confirmed. All prices are in Polish złoty.
Limits
- Number of observations
- Up to 10 at a time per account, whatever your point balance.
- Alert frequency
- Instantly, once a day, or twice a day. Chosen per observation and changeable at any time.
- Point validity
- Purchased points do not expire. There are no monthly free points.
Payments and refunds
Payments are handled by Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.) and Mollie B.V. — BLIK, bank transfer, card. Buying a pack means asking for the points immediately, so the right of withdrawal is lost for the part already used. Unused points can be returned within 14 days. The full rules are in §3 and §8 of the terms.
Deleting the account also deletes unused points without a refund, outside the withdrawal window above. Details: Account and data deletion.
